The Marketing Environment is a term and refers to factors and forces which affect the company's ability to develop and maintain successful relationships with their targeted customer group.
As like Apple Inc. has a target market that is unique and different from other electronic companies. Apple company designs and focuses on the desires and needs that all population attracted to regardless to their ages. Mostly Apple company targets: Teenagers, College and Universities students, Business people, Adults, and Kids.

Social media is a tool or service that uses the internet to facilitate conversations. Apple is known for eschewing popular social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. Successful company Apple don't have official Facebook page. They have some unofficial pages and twitter. But consumers still search to get information from those Pages and YouTube. Tech giant Apple quietly opened the Apple Support Twitter account. Apple users get their any kind of help from this account. Apple's social media strategy is to create great products, and let people get on with talking to each other about them.

Ch.1- The mission statement for Apple and the history of the iPhone



Apple's current mission statement is: "Apple designs Macs, the best personal computers in the world, along with OS X, iLife, iWork and professional software. Apple leads the digital music revolution with its iPods and iTunes online store. Apple has reinvented the mobile phone with it's revolutionary iPhone,App Store&iPad." 




Apple is the company and iPhone is the product. Steve Jobs announced the iPhone in January 9, 2007 and released June 29, 2007. iPhone is a revolutionary and magical product that is literally five years ahead of any other mobile phone. 

 Let's take a moment to reflect on what it's released since the very first iPhone back in 2007.
