Ch.17- Personal Selling and Sales Management



The sale managers personally assist customers purchase and manger sales. Apple's sales representatives are very well trained in both customer service and product information. Apple uses extensively personal selling.  
The steps in the selling process for the iPhone 7: Generating leads, qualifying leads, approaching the customer and probing needs, developing and proposing solutions, handling objections, closing the sale, following up. 
Apple Inc. uses their sales promotions they usually target the ultimate consumers.
